1. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays.
Pre-orders will ship on or after the official manufacturer release date.
During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship using the following carriers:

Customers may select from available shipping options at checkout. Delivery time estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
3. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once the carrier marks a package as Delivered, Hobby Lava is no longer responsible for the package.
If your package is lost, stolen, or significantly delayed, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier:

We cannot refund or replace orders marked as delivered by the carrier.
5. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

The customer may request reshipment (additional shipping fees apply)

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
We cannot reroute packages once shipped.

Hobby Lava is not responsible for delays caused by:

Carrier capacity issues

Incorrect addresses

Global logistics disruptions
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
7. International Shipping
International shipping may be available depending on location.
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not refund packages rejected due to unpaid import fees.
8. Pre-Orders
Pre-order items will ship as soon as they are released and available.
Orders including both pre-order and in-stock items may be held until all items are available unless otherwise requested.
Pre-order dates may change due to manufacturer delays.

For high-value orders, we may require signature confirmation for your protection.
