1. All Sales Final – No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the collectible, variable, and tamper-sensitive nature of trading card products, all sales are final. No returns, refunds, modifications, or exchanges are accepted for any reason.

All products, including but not limited to Lava Packs, singles, sealed boxes, sealed packs, accessories, and mystery products, are sold AS IS.

This applies whether products are purchased in-store, online, through breaks, or through any special promotion or event.

2. No Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed.
Order processing begins immediately to protect product integrity.

3. Damaged or Missing Items

If your shipment arrives damaged in transit, you must contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Hobby Lava is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by carriers

  • Delays in transit

  • Misdelivered packages

  • Lost or stolen packages after carrier delivery

All claims for shipping issues must be submitted directly to USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

4. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

Release dates are determined solely by the manufacturer and are subject to change. Delays in product release do not qualify for refunds.

5. Product Condition and Variability

All trading card products are purchased and opened at the customer’s discretion and risk.
Hobby Lava does not guarantee:

  • Specific cards

  • Specific players or characters

  • Specific grades

  • Card values

  • Pack odds

  • Pull rates

  • Future investment value

6. Lava Packs – Legal Notice & Disclaimers

All Lava Packs products are independently assembled, packaged, and distributed by Hobby Lava / Chicago Card Connection LLC.

We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any trading card manufacturer, grading company, or intellectual property owner, including but not limited to:

  • The Pokémon Company International

  • Nintendo

  • Creatures Inc.

  • Game Freak Inc.

  • Disney

  • Topps

  • Panini

  • Fanatics

  • Upper Deck

  • Bo Jackson Battle Arena™

  • PSA, BGS, SGC, CGC

  • Any other rights holders or licensors

All cards are sourced from the secondary market and authenticated by Hobby Lava.

Cards are placed at random.
Examples shown on our website, social media, or marketing materials are for illustration purposes only.

Individual card grades, conditions, and values will vary.

All sales are final & no returns. No specific card, grade, or value is guaranteed in any product.

Lava Packs are intended for collectors ages 8+.

7. Apparel & Merchandise (Non-Card Items)

For hygiene and safety reasons, clothing, hats, accessories, and all branded merchandise are also final sale and may not be returned.

8. Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

Any fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes will be contested with full evidence, including order logs, IP address verification, shipping confirmation, and this published policy.

We reserve the right to restrict future purchases from individuals who initiate false or abusive disputes.
